Dr. Faith is a highly experienced faculty member at Strathmore University Business School, boasting a successful record of accomplishment spanning over a decade. Dr. Faith specializes in facilitating action learning programs, guiding entrepreneurs, employees, and social entrepreneurs across East Africa. Currently, Dr. Faith leads the Strategy and Leadership hub within the Business School, which focuses on research, consultancies, grant acquisition, and industry partnerships in the areas of Strategy, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, and Leadership. Dr. Faith holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Strathmore University. Her doctoral research, titled “Leading during a crisis: leadership styles, psychological capital of employees, fear as antecedents of the organizational resilience of SMEs in Kenya,” reflects her expertise in these areas during challenging times. Dr. Faith has published three case studies in addition to two journal articles, two policy papers and a conference paper. She also serves as a reviewer for PLOS ONE. Dr. Faith has also broadened her understanding of global business dynamics through participation in various training programs focused on international business practices, with a particular emphasis on Africa, Canada, China, Indonesia and the USA, to broaden her understanding of global business dynamics. Complementing her academic and research background, Dr. Faith has received training in managing small agribusinesses and triple helix partnerships through a Nuffic scholarship at Maastricht University, Netherlands. Dr. Faith has prior professional experience in the Banking and Saccos sector in Kenya. Currently, Dr. Faith serves as a director at Mzima Investment Company.
