UCD College of Business partners with Showa Women’s University, Japan

The new collaboration highlights the College’s international growth priority and emphasis on building diversity in both its undergraduate and graduate programmes, most notably in relation to female participation.

Situated in Tokyo, Japan’s capital as well as its political, economic and cultural centre, Showa Women’s University is one of the country’s top academic institutions for women, according to the university’s website. The university is committed to empowering women to succeed in an increasingly diverse and complex world and has earned high accolades for their globally oriented educational programs, which include those at their campus in Boston, U.S.A.

This innovative collaboration will see opportunities for students from Showa Women’s University travel to complete undergraduate Study Abroad programmes in the UCD Lochlann Quinn School of Business and pathway programme opportunities to graduate programmes in the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business.
