Ramona Iulia Dieaconescu (Țarțavulea) is Associate Professor at the Department of International Business and Economics, Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE Bucharest, Romania). She holds a PhD in Economics since 2011 and has obtained the habilitation in the field of International Business and Economics, reflecting her sustained academic and research activity. With 20 years of teaching experience in International Business, International Negotiation, Customs Procedures, International Logistics, and International Business Environment, she is actively involved in Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes at the Faculty of International Business and Economics. Her academic interests are strongly connected to international business, logistics, global trade, business environment analysis, and the development of research competencies among students and young academics. Her research activity includes participation in several national and European-funded research projects, as well as a consistent publication record. She is the author and co-author of over 50 scientific articles, books, and book chapters in the field of economics, with a particular focus on international business and logistics. Among her publications, 10 articles are indexed in Web of Science and over 15 in Scopus. She is also involved in academic research networks and institutional initiatives aimed at strengthening research quality, academic visibility, and ethical publishing practices. Ramona Iulia Dieaconescu is vice-coordinator of the Master Program “International Logistics”, a member of the the Center for Research in International Business and Economics, a member of the Board of Directors of the ASE Alumni Association, and a member of the organizing committee of The Future of Europe International Conference. Through her teaching, research, and academic service, she actively contributes to the promotion of responsible research, international academic collaboration, and high-quality scientific publishing.
