Mahreen Mamoon is an Assistant Professor of BRAC Business School, BRAC University Bangladesh- a leading private university that fosters impactful learning for their students. Mahreen has completed a ToT on National Export Strategy Trainers for SheTrades Commonwealth Project led by TFO, Canada and implemented in Bangladesh with SME Foundation. She is a volunteer Mentor for Bridge for Billions- a Spanish Startup cloud group that specializes in social business. Mahreen has led BRAC Business School student teams to participate at the prestigious Hult Prize Business Idea competition and has mentored them in securing top six position for four consecutive years. teams that she mentored even have won regional rounds and national rounds too. She has supervised and coordinated an ADP funded project where she prepared a policy document and has developed a working curriculum for the mid-level managers of the industry to mitigate the revenue gap under the SEIP project. She is also UK validated teachers’ trainer for Connecting Classrooms project for British Council Bangladesh – a unique project to improve the pedagogical skills of the teachers of Bangladesh. Mahreen specializes in creating training modules for would-be entrepreneurs, aspiring teachers, and teachers’ trainers. Her passion for teaching and learning has earned her great respect amongst her peers and students. She is known for her real-life teaching techniques embedded with applied knowledge.
