Associate Professor and Director of Sustainability’s Area at the School of Management. He has a Ph.D. in Economics (University of Gothenburg – Sweden). He has been a researcher at the Centre for International Climate Research (CICERO) in Norway and at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA). He was a professor at Universidad Javeriana, and now teaches Social Responsibility at undergraduate level and Economic Analysis for Development at MA level.

Research interests

Environmental economics, climate change economics, and sustainability. His recent research includes the design of compensation for communities affected by the construction of wind parks, and the analysis of climate change mitigation policies that minimize carbon leakage.
