Esina Alic, is the CEO Res Novae Group – a women-owned consulting company that helps businesses grow, obtain venture financing, pivot, or expand globally. Res Novae has operations across the Americas, Europe and Australia.
Previously the CEO of Insitu, an unmanned aviation company and a Fortune 500 executive with companies including Boeing, Adidas, Visa, and Andersen Consulting, Esina has spent over 25 years helping both startups and multi-national global business achieve significant revenue and profitability growth. She has knowledge of commercial and defense markets and has worked across a range of industries from high-tech and aerospace to media, oil and gas, finance, and sports.
Esina is passionate about working with the executive teams to develop corporate strategies, accelerate strategy to execution processes, and unlock innovation across all departments. She believes that that the most successful businesses set up all aspects of their operations from the lens of ensuring customer success. As such, she works with leadership teams to define clear responsibilities and authorities across all levels, develop diverse and inspired teams, optimize / restructure operations, and ensure continued agility via relentless elimination of bureaucracy and inefficiencies.
Esina currently serves on the advisory boards of Terma USA, TurboAero, Summit and on Dean’s Executive Council for Maseeh School of Engineering at Portland State University. When she is not at a client’s site, Esina is circumnavigating the world on a sailboat with her family. Her passion for travel amd foreign cultures has enabled her to work and expand her network and partnerships to over forty countries across the globe.
