Dr. Houda Ghozzi holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from University Paris Dauphine. She held several teaching positions in Tunisia (IHEC Carthage, MSB) and in France (Paris IX Dauphine, Marne la Vallée). Her research and teaching focus on business strategy, business models with a focus on social entrepreneurship, support structures as well as the scaling-up models for social ventures. She intervenes as a trainer and coach in several entrepreneurship programs including the Hult Program, Enactus and Founder Institute. She was the coordinator for the Dicamp Master Program specialized in Innovation Management and is actually the program director of the Open Start-up Competition Tunisia (OST), a public-private initiative developed in partnership with Columbia University and several players of the Tunisian entrepreneurship ecosystem. Houda is also committed to civil society work in financial inclusion: administrative board member of the Tunisian Authority of Microfinance Control (ACM) that regulates the Tunisian Microfinance.
