International Communications and Events Planning Intern
Stephanie is currently a senior at the George Washington University in Washington, DC in the Elliott School of International Affairs. Stephanie intends to receive a BA in International Affairs with a concentration in International Economics and minors in Economics and Business Administration.
Stephanie’s main role at GBSN is to support the staff through tasks such as creating content for the blog and newsletter, assisting with media outreach and logistics, designing and updating marketing materials, communicating with member schools, and participating in any special projects.
Stephanie is passionate about education equality and dedicates much of her time supporting this cause through the development of an afterschool program which works to bring creative movement and dance to public elementary schools in Washington, DC. Additionally, Stephanie has worked with young professionals to help develop a registered non-profit, College Next Door. CND aims to foster four-year extended mentorships between university students and underserved public high school students in DC.
