Adwoa Bagalini is an Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion Lead at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland. In this role, she works within the People & Culture team on a number of projects intended to strengthen inclusion, equity, and a sense of belonging for all employees across the organization’s global locations.

Prior to joining the Forum, Adwoa started her career within an executive search boutique in Geneva, where she was introduced to the world of recruitment and human resources, a career path that would subsequently lead her to the Forum’s talent acquisition team and spark her interest in helping to create and nurture inclusive workplaces.

A dual citizen of Ghana and Switzerland, Adwoa earned her undergraduate degree in History and French at Amherst College in Massachusetts, and a graduate degree in human resource management at Webster University in Geneva.
