Ana Carolina is the Director of Entrepreneurship of Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), ranked as the 12th best business school in the world according to the 2017 Financial Times Ranking. Her main Project is the “Entrepreneurship for Prosperity” Initiative, an innovative methodology to develop low-income individuals to create or sustain their micro-enterprises. Prior to this assignment, Ana worked as a Program Director in FDC, developing customized educational solutions for large organizations. Before rejoining FDC, Ana worked in JP Morgan for 10 years both in the Investment Banking Global Strategy and Business Development Area, and in the Private Banking Client Management Group. Ana has a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, and an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
