More than 10 years working on development, peace and human rights issues, among others. In which I have focused on: Managing relationships with members of the private sector, government and civil society at the national and local levels. Practical research and development of tools for the promotion of private practices and public policies. The mobilization of the business sector towards work in human rights and peace building. The generation of theoretical and practical knowledge on business operation and management in environments of conflict, weak governance and fragile institutionality. The generation of multi-stakeholder dialogue dynamics.
