Anil Benard-Dende

Anil Benard-Dende is currently Deputy General Director at Kedge Business School. He is overseeing the strategy of the Group, the digital transformation, the student experience, the business relations and entrepreneurship, the promotion and acquisition, the international development and subsidiaries, and the CSR.

Anil is also the founder of AHYS, supporting executives, companies and funds in their scale journey : digital transformation, value creation, business model reconfiguration, growth strategy, recovery and operations. He is also a board member in several startups across the globe. Trade Depot, a very promising startup in Nigeria, backed by Partech Africa ; Talao, the first talent network based on blockchain protocols ; Fluz, the new cash back app in the US and Colombia ; and more to come (med tech especially). He is also a Venture Scout at Latin Leap and Advisor & LP at Partech.

Ending in 2019 and during 3 years he was COO then the Deputy CEO of Showroomprive, the second largest flash sales ecommerce company in Europe. His responsibility embraces commercial and purchasing, international businesses, media (SRP Media) and travel businesses, commercial activation and planning, sales and digital factory (all the content production), supply chain and logistics, transportation and delivery, customer care, HR and the transversal project management team (mobile, front office and back office tools) for the whole Group. The team is 800+ people.

He was previously VP, International at Cnova, was also in charge of the advertising business for France. Cnova was one of the largest global eCommerce companies, with operations in Europe, Latin America and Asia. Before this position, Anil had senior executive positions at Casino and Cdiscount / Cnova: he joined the Casino Group in 2007 and was promoted in 2009 to Logistics and Supply Chain VP at, the #3 eCommerce player in Europe and #1 in France. In 2012, Anil creates the Development Division and accelerates the growth and profitability of the advertising business (3W Regie). Anil also worked for the Kering Group, where he had several management positions in France and Switzerland as Supply Chain Director. He started his career, from 1998 to 2001, as a consultant for PwC. Anil holds a Master’s Degree in Sciences and Mechanical Engineering from the “Arts et Métiers”.
