Arnaud Langlois-Meurinne is Senior Advisor of EFMD, sharing the responsibility of the African Initiative. Arnaud is a member of the EDAF Committee and the EDAF mentor of Beijing Jiao Tong University in China. He regularly acts as Chair or Reviewer in EQUIS and EPAS accreditation teams. He is also an independent consultant for higher education institutions and publishes regular contributions on these issues.

After a Master in Management at HEC Paris and a Masters in Sociology at Paris 5-Sorbonne, Arnaud worked as a producer of documentary films on immigration issues in France. He then joined in 1979 a French education publishing house, Editions Nathan where he was first head of audio-visual products, then director of the teaching materials division before being appointed General Education Director in 1996. He kept the same responsibilities on an expanded scope of publishing houses in 1998 (Nathan, Bordas, Larousse, Robert, etc. …) within the group Havas Education et Référence. He became then in 2000 Senior Vice President of Vivendi Universal Education, a global group of educational publishing, in charge of Adult Learning.

In 2002, Arnaud was recruited as Dean and Director General of Groupe ESC Rouen, a French business school that became Rouen Business School in 2008. He has held this responsibility until 2012, increasing in ten years the student enrollment from 2000 to 4000, developing the programme portfolio, reinforcing the permanent faculty and research activity and getting the three major international accreditations EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA.
