Over the last two years Daniel Adae Bonsu has worked to help other young people improve their understanding of ways to address the problems they see through engagement in the creative arts, digital solutions and entrepreneurship.
Currently a recent graduate with a Management Information Systems degree at Ashesi University in Ghana and an Asset Under Management support at General Electric Ghana, Daniel headed the Pencils of Promise chapter at Ashesi University, which helps build schools for deprived children in the Volta Region of Ghana. He is also an associate fellow of the Queens’ Royal Commonwealth Society, and an avid photographer who frequently carries out professional photography services and supports the underprivileged with his photoblog Troski Journal.
Daniel strongly believes that young people have the power to influence the world. He continues to apply the skills he has currently in computing while building upon them and acquiring more to effectively tell the stories of those who are marginalized while making connections which inspire his peers to do more”.
