Dr. Sandip Rakshit is an Associate Professor (Supply Chain & Information Systems) at Rabat Business School, UniversitĂ© Internationale de Rabat, Morocco. With more than 24 years of academic and research experience across India, Vietnam, Singapore, UAE, and Africa, he brings deep expertise in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and social logistics. Dr. Rakshit holds dual Ph.D. degrees—one in Computer Science Engineering (Information Systems) from Jadavpur University, India, and another in Management (Business & Technology) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad. Over his career, he has published more than 20 peer-reviewed papers in leading international journals such as Technovation, Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, and Annals of Operations Research (ABDC-A, ABS-3/4 ranked). His engagement with these platforms has provided him with a keen understanding of how business innovation can address community challenges, particularly in emerging and underserved markets.
