Estefanía Hernández is a second year PhD student in Management at the Universidad de los Andes. She graduated from Business Administration with complementary studies in Information Technology (IT) in organizations. Her research interests include understanding the social dynamics that underlie regional development in Colombia, mainly through the analysis of entrepreneurship and family businesses. Hernández has two years of experience in the development of research projects related with organizational learning and adaptation of public and private organizations in the face of the pandemics. Estefanía Hernández is characterized by my good leadership, fast learning, effective communication and proactivity.
