Senior Lecturer, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management
Ezinwa Uchora Udoji is currently a senior lecturer at the Lagos Business School. For over 17 years she has led executive learning and development sessions in organisational behaviour and human resource management courses. She combines her role as management educator with research interests and consulting engagements, in her areas of expertise. She is a leadership and executive coach.
An astute learning enabler, strategic people developer and finisher, Uchora designs and deploys development programmes across the four organisational bars. She has served organizations such as Nigeria Breweries (NB Plc), Diageo, LM Ericsson, MTN, Chevron and Nigeria LNG in this regard. A discerning expert of leadership and group dynamics, she has led leadership and leadership-support sessions at IESE Business School, Spain and the University of Stellenbosch Business School, South Africa.
Prior to joining the Lagos Business School faculty, she worked in financial services, information technology and general commerce sectors for over 17 years gaining a wide variety of experience in software development, office automation, infrastructure management, strategic planning and people preparation for change.
Uchora holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a master’s degree in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour, a post-graduate certification in Leadership and Executive Coaching, and is currently enrolled at Grenoble École de Management, France where she is studying toward a doctorate in Business Administration.
