Fernanda Carreira is Head of the Integrated Education Program at the Center for Sustainability Studies of Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil). PhD candidate in Organizational Studies, with a MsC in Management and emphasis on Sustainability at FGV EAESP, where she also has a postgraduate degree in Sustainability Management and a degree in Business Administration. Areas of expertise: education for sustainability, transdisciplinarity and organization strategies. Professional experience also at consultancy firms and NGOs.
She holds a master’s degree in Management, with an emphasis on Sustainability at FGV EAESP, where she also holds a postgraduate degree in Sustainability Management and a degree in Business Administration. His master’s dissertation analyzed the role of Business Schools in training CEOs for sustainability and his monograph in graduate studies whether traditional Change Management models used by companies in organizational transformation processes apply when the change in question is sustainability.
Carreira was a senior consultant at PwC in the Organization & Strategy area, where she developed strategy, corporate governance, organizational structure and management models projects. Before that, she was a consultant at Significa, where she was responsible for drawing up sustainability policies, private social investment and social responsibility for companies. He also worked for the NGOs Associação Prato Cheio and Associação Franquia Solidária. At FGVces, she was Project Coordinator for the Global Sustainability Program and Executive Secretary. Today he coordinates the Integrated Training Program and Line, responsible for projects such as FIS, Professional Master’s, Master’s and immersion disciplines in Undergraduate.
