Manager of Communications and Member Engagement

Jennifer joined GBSN in 2024 to help lead strategic communications to enhance outreach and engagement with GBSN’s diverse global community. Her primary focus is strengthening connections among GBSN members, amplifying the network’s impact, and promoting the organization’s mission.

Jennifer brings 14 years of nonprofit communications and marketing experience to GBSN, having worked extensively in digital strategy and development. She combines her passion for human-centered communication with data-driven optimization to further the missions of social good organizations.

Jennifer came to GBSN from Leader Dogs for the Blind, where she was responsible for managing web properties, email marketing, brand development, quality assurance, and accessibility compliance.

She has attained certifications in content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, inbound, and fundraising optimization from HubSpot and NextAfter Institute. She holds a BA in Professional Writing from Michigan State University.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys donating her skills and experience to nonprofits looking to improve their marketing materials and strategy. She and her husband live in Michigan with their three dogs.
