Jos Röling works as a senior architect within IBM Global Business Services global Center of Competence for Energy and Utilities. He has extended experience in defining and realization of business and IT alignment where confluence of operational and information technology is key. Specifically consulting and design of the integration of various parts of the smart energy grid. This creates the convergence of IT and OT (operational technologies) and creates the Smart Grid solutions at Power distribution networks. He has extended experience in guiding organizations on a senior ICT management level in their transformation using management consulting and architecture techniques.
Jos is an Open Group Master Certified IT Architect and certified trainer on IT architecture. Jos holds a BSc degree in electrical engineering from the HTS-Rotterdam Netherlands.
