Karen Bysiewicz is the Director of Leadership Programs. At Seed, Karen leads the design and development of leadership programs for founders and CEOs of small to medium size businesses. In this role, she works with Stanford Graduate School of Business faculty on the Seed Transformation Program, a high touch training program for growth-oriented SMEs in Africa and South Asia. Karen also leads the design and program development of an online entrepreneurship program for early stage startups in South Asia.
Before joining Seed, Karen practiced international trade law in New York and Brussels. She has also served as the Associate Dean for Graduate and International Programs and Professor of International Practice Skills at Penn State University’s School of Law and International Affairs.
