Leeroy Takudzwa Magora

Leeroy Takudzwa Magora is a Zimbabwean student pursuing a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree at Ghana’s Ashesi University. Leeroy is a fuelled innovator and entrepreneur who holds a Jim Leech Fellowship on Entrepreneurship from Queens University in Canada. Leeroy founded the Bio-Answer Initiative and Nu-Gen Solar Systems, both early-stage startups developing customized Biogas kits and solar chargers for gadgets for Zimbabwean communities affected by the country’s energy crisis.

He has since won the Africa Business Concept Challenge 2022 and is currently a finalist in the Aspire Institute Community Action Awards. He believes that entrepreneurship impacts lives by empowering locals to build their communities.
