Capsim Management Simulations
Luke Courtright is a Product Manager at Capsim Management Simulations and has been with the company for over three years. In his role, he works closely with the Research and Development team to create new experiential assessments and enhance Capsim’s existing product portfolio. His most recent projects have centered on microsimulations, namely the CapsimInbox Authoring Platform.
Prior to his current role, Luke worked as a Client Relationship Consultant with Capsim and was a primary contact for professors at over 100 universities worldwide. He has facilitated on-site training sessions at schools such as the University of Florida, Stevens Institute of Technology and California Polytechnic University, Pomona. He has also helped facilitate immersive programs at Merck KGaA and EDHEC Business School.
Luke attended Loyola University Chicago for his Bachelor’s degree, graduating in the Spring of 2011. He received a B.A. in Sport Management with a Minor in Marketing. His senior capstone course utilized Capsim’s Capstone simulation, which sparked his initial interest in experiential learning.
