Michael Whalen serves as a Skills Architect for Western Governors University. Before joining WGU, Michael worked for Ignite! Learning, SureScore, and University of Texas’s Institute for Transformational Learning. He has a Bachelor of Arts in history from New York University and a Master of Arts in curriculum and instruction from the University of Texas at Austin. Michael lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Michelle, his dog Frank Castle, and his cat Ronnie James Mio.
