‘Nireti is a result oriented, passionate HR professional with over 22 years cognate experience spanning several corporate organizations in different capacities. As the founding CEO of Whyte Cleon Limited, a human resource and HR Automation company, she possesses exceptional problem solving, motivational, human developmental, leadership and management skills and has assisted her clients over the years to formulate, develop and effectively implement their HR strategies.
With a staff of almost 7000 in all states in Nigeria and Ghana, her leadership has propelled the Company into becoming a leading HR organization of highly engaged employees always delivering high quality service and exceeding client expectations.
She is a facilitator at the Enterprise Development Center of the Lagos Business School Expert in Residence Program and a three-time Advisory Board member of Standard Chartered Women In Technology coordinated by the Enterprise Development Center of the Lagos Business School. ‘Nireti has an M.Sc. degree in Administration (Strategic HR major) from the Lincoln University, Pennsylvania, USA, and a Higher Diploma in Accountancy.
A two-time alumnus of the Lagos Business School (AMP 19 Advance Management Program, 2007 and the CEP Stream 22 Chief Executive Program, 2013), she is also an alumnus of the Stanford Seed (The Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies) of the Stanford University, USA) and IESE Business School, Barcelona – where she earned a diploma in Management.
‘Nireti is a Fellow of the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria and a Member of the Institute of Directors, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, and the Society for Human Resource Management USA, IAOP – USA.
She is a member of the Board of AIFA Reading Society and a Member of Board of Trustees of the Stanford Seed Network, a founding member of RTA (Angel Investors) and recently appointed a board member of a microfinance bank. Whyte Cleon Limited under her leadership has received the People First Organization award from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. The Company was also recently nominated as a Best HR Practice Organization.
‘Nireti is happily married to Niyi and they are blessed with children.
