Oginni Olalekan Oladimeji currently works with Filmhouse Cinemas Limited a retail and entertainment company as the Head of Site Department. His love for agriculture and its value chain, agribusiness lead to the birth of Aquatrac Nutrition with like minds (Peter and Temitope). Aquatrac was founder to solve a problem after looking at the pain point of farmers i.e feeds for their fish and livestock.
Olalekan currently sits as a decision maker on two farms namely Gifted farms Oyo state Nigeria and Iyaniwura farms Ogbomosho Oyo state, where he has been working with the team in solving operational issues, while making farming profitable.
Olalekan is responsible for educating the team on various agriculture and agricultural best practices. The most common duties were conducting instructional programs and guiding the team to achieve the necessary skills needed for successful farming, providing the team with the knowledge and skills needed to compete in the global economy; initiating, the team about agriculture and agricultural literacy; creating lesson plans, overseeing agricultural experience programs of all workers, supervising and maintaining the farm house, farm, nursery plants, livestock and so on.
Oginni Olalekan holds an MBA at Lagos Business School. He had his B.Sc and M.sc in Architecture at Obafemi Awolowo University Osun state. He also took a short course on Managerial Decisions Across Culture IESE Barcelona Spain 2021.
He is an experienced trainer in corporate governance, business and organizational development and has facilitated training in the private and non-profit sectors.
