Piet Naudé is Director of the University of Stellenbosch Business School. He is trained in theological ethics, where his areas of expertise are ethics related to politics, economics, and business. Before he entered his current position, Naudé was Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs of the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Between 2012 and 2014 he served as an extra-ordinary professor for dogmatics and ethics at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. He is an active public speaker with numerous engagements per annum at NGOs, private companies, the public sector, cultural organizations, and chambers of business. From 2000 to 2003, Naudé was the Moderator of Eastern Cape Synod of the Dutch Reformed Church and responsible for strategic leadership of 108 congregations. His book on the Belhar confession (2011) was awarded the Andrew-Murry-Desmond Tutu prize for academic literature.
