I am a business driven HR practitioner who believes in creating value through people and have experience in both the private and public sector in Zimbabwe. I have Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) from the Zimbabwe Open University, Msc in HRM from the Midlands State University- Zimbabwe, Master of Public sector management from Africa University – Zimbabwe, a PhD in HRM from the university of Johannesburg. I have so far published 2 articles in the SA journal of HRM and have 3 articles currently going through peer review. I am currently attached to GIBS as an associate researcher.
