Dr. Siddhartha Saxena is an Assistant Professor in Management & Organization for the Amrut Mody School of Management, Ahmedabad University. He is also the Program Chair of the Bachelor of Business Administration Program. His course Future of Work was the recipient of the 2020 Ideas Worth Teaching Award by the Aspen Institute and he is also a Fetzer Scholar by the MSR interest group in the Academy of Management 2022.His research interests include topics such as Counterproductive Work Behavior, Leaveism, People Analytics and succession planning in family businesses. He has presented his research work at platforms like AIB, Decision Sciences, INDAM, UNESCO- APEID, PAN IIM, IIT Conferences.
