Tecla Kivuli is a faculty and executive coach at Strathmore Business School. Her background healthcare leadership and management and its application in the real work environment. She is currently pursuing her PhD in healthcare leadership and governance at Strathmore University Business School. She has worked closely with healthcare managers to face their day to day leadership and management challenges, through inspired commitment towards achieving desired results given that the resource are limited while the challenges are so many. Some of the partners who have worked closely with Tecla are, Ministry of Health, IRC Somalia, Aga Khan Hospital, Shalom Hospital, NHIF, Daktari Africa, (Kisii, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nairobi and Embu County Health Management Teams). At community level, she is vastly involved in championing opportunities to address diverse social cultural issues influencing child and youth access to education and development, through grant proposal writing for scholarships, coaching and mentorship.
