Dr. Theresia Busagara, is a Lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam Business School, in the Department of Finance. She Hold a PhD in business administration researching on Business Financing, Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Tourism. Her expertise and experience is also in business management and value co-creation. Her contribution in the Tourism industry is growing up for various research and consulting works which include, campaigning for Tourism product diversification through promoting cultural attractions across the country.
Dr. Busagara is also passionate to impact positively graduates, women, and the youth through mentorship and coaching programmes at various levels by working with the informal sector at the grassroots to foster Entrepreneurial agility
