Thulani Mlilwana is a civil engineer with experience in interdisciplinary infrastructure projects in Southern Africa and Eastern Europe. His research focuses on climate resilience and sustainable development goals. He has served as a senior lecturer at the University of Johannesburg and is an advisor for international programmes supported by development agencies. He holds a Masters’s in Structural Engineering from the University of Pretoria and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration.
