Dr. Vivienne Spooner is Faculty Lead of the MPhil with a specialisation in Evidence-Based Management at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) of the University of Pretoria, and a long-time member of the GIBS Doctoral Management team. A proponent of lifelong learning, Viv, a late life-stage scholar, recently completed her PhD in adult education. Her thesis focused on a leadership programme at GIBS that looks to foster inclusion.
