Wayne’s passion is to grow companies that generate a social and environmental impact in sub-Saharan Africa. He currently leads Growth Mosaic Ltd. which identifies early-stage impact businesses, accelerates them to become investment-ready, and matchmakes with the best investors. Growth Mosaic is based in Ghana and works in agribusiness, healthcare, water & sanitation, renewable energy, education, manufacturing, and other impact sectors. So far Growth Mosaic has supported its clients to raise US$5.2 million, and impacted >12,700 rural customers with access to improved goods and services. Since 2007, Wayne has worked in Malawi, Ghana, Benin, Burkina Faso, and Kenya providing business consulting. Prior to this Wayne was a mechatronics design engineer and market intelligence analyst in Canada.
