The new Dean will bring a successful track record in significant leadership roles within a research-intensive university. The Dean will have a strong track record in research and teaching, which they will bring to bear in their role in promoting excellence in both. A strategic leader, they will engage and inspire a diverse range of people in the evolution of the School’s vision, develop collaborative partnerships with other Faculties, and work closely with students, faculty, staff, alumni and others across the University. The new Dean’s background and credentials will merit an appointment as full professor in the Sauder School of Business at UBC.
