GBSN Members are Invited to July’s Cross-Border Collab – Navigating the Future of Work: Insights for Business Schools
Join us for an engaging July Collab featuring Rebecca Ray, Executive Vice President, Human Capital for The Conference Board. In this thought-provoking Collab, we will delve into the critical intersection of human capital and business schools, exploring its impact on both academia and the corporate world.
During the session, we will discuss the evolving landscape of human capital and its implications for business schools. They will explore the challenges and opportunities presented by the future of work and share valuable insights on how business schools can better prepare their students for the changing demands of the global workforce.
Rebecca, with her extensive experience leading The Conference Board’s US Human Capital Center, brings a wealth of knowledge on leadership, diversity, equity & inclusion, analytics and human capital matters. Her expertise will shed light on the latest trends and strategies in the field.
GBSN members will have the unique opportunity to gain actionable insights, best practices, and connect and exchange experiences with other GBSN Members. We explore questions like:
- How can business schools effectively align their curriculum and programs with the rapidly evolving demands of the future workforce?
- What innovative approaches or practices can be adopted to prepare students for the careers of tomorrow?
- As the business landscape becomes increasingly global, how can business schools enhance their focus on diverse perspectives, cultural intelligence, and global mindset development?
