Lieven R.J. Quintens

Lieven R.J. Quintens is working at the department of Marketing & Supply Chain Management at Maastricht University’s School of Business and Economics, where his teaching covers topics in supply chain, purchasing, logistics and marketing, including courses on doing business in Europe, Ecosystems, and Global SCM. He is the head of the Brightlands Institute for Supply Chain Innovation. In this institute, he focuses on digitalization, sustainability, and resilience in supply chains, with recent work on green supply chain practices, augmented reality in logistics, and last-mile delivery. He prefers projects where connections between academia, industry, and government can be made, combining theoretical insight with practical applications to address complex logistics and supply chain challenges.
