Carol Keshay

Carol Keshy is a senior enterprise development, partnerships, and innovation leader with over 15 years’ experience across higher education, entrepreneurship ecosystems, corporate environments, and development programmes. She currently serves as Acting Director at the Johannesburg Business School Centre for Entrepreneurship and as Senior Operations Manager for the University of Johannesburg Artificial Intelligence Hub. Her work focuses on building strategic partnerships, mobilising funding, and scaling entrepreneurship, SMME, and innovation programmes through collaboration with government, corporates, SETAs, donors, and academic institutions. Carol has led high-impact incubators, accelerators, and multi-stakeholder initiatives, with a strong emphasis on sustainability, governance, and measurable socio-economic impact. With a background spanning corporate project leadership, academic programme management, and entrepreneurship, Carol brings a rare blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and ecosystem thinking.
