Dr. Ha Ta

Dr. Ha Ta has a Ph.D. degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Arkansas. Previously, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics from the Foreign Trade University in Vietnam and an MBA from Clark University. Prior to pursuing her PhD, Dr. Ta gained valuable industry experience working in various positions in international trade and inventory service management in both Vietnam and the United States.

Dr. Ta’s research expertise lies at the intersection of service design, technology management, omni-channel retail, and behavioral and relational issues. Her research examines the interplay between these domains, with a particular focus on the impact of emerging technologies on business operations. Specifically, Dr. Ta’s recent research has investigated the implications of technology-driven phenomena such as crowdsourcing models, block chain, and AI technology on various aspects of supply chain management and service design. She has authored several publications in Elite and Top 50 Financial Times journals, including the Journal of Operations Management, Productions and Operations Management, Journal of Supply Chain Management, and Journal of Business Logistics.
