She lectures on Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Teams and Individual development at the Lagos Business school and coaches millennials, executives (especially women and ethnic minorities) to promote inclusion and diversity. She has worked for over thirty five years internationally, mainly in Africa and the United Kingdom. Her work experience is in business and financial management, strategy and organizational development and leadership assessment and development centres. In the past, she held financial management positions in multinationals as a Chartered accountant and as an entrepreneur, has set up and successfully run commercial companies.
