I am a well-being researcher at the organizational and societal level. I have done research on subjective well being as an indicator of development of a society or organization. I link the research with mental health issues and how it is impacted by organizational variables, particularly at the Covid Time. I earned a Phd from Tulane University in Organizational Behavior. I have published my research results in Journals such as Journal of happiness Studies, Applied Research in Quality of life, Journal of Socioeconomics ( Journal of Behavioral and experimental Economics), European Journal of Psychological Assessment. I am part of ISQOLS ( International Society for Quality of Life Studies) and a board member of ISDRS ( International Sustainable Development Research Society). I teach at the Master and undergraduate levels courses on Organizational Theory, OB and organizations and Society.
