Jacinta Ifeoma Anakua is a higher education professional with extensive experience in advancement, stakeholder engagement and programme management. She currently serves as Head of Advancement at Lagos Business School (LBS), where she supports the School’s fundraising, endowment and partnership initiatives that enhance its long-term sustainability and academic impact. Jacinta has previously held leadership roles at LBS, including Strategic Partnerships, Head of MBA Programme Management and Head of MBA Careers and Placement, where she worked closely with students, alumni, and corporate partners to strengthen employability outcomes and institutional relationships. She is a graduate of the Strategic Management Programme and several executive certificate courses at Lagos Business School, as well as the Managerial Leadership Programme by EuroMaTech, London, United Kingdom. A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM), Jacinta also serves as Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter Advisor and Advisor Council Representative for Africa, promoting leadership and excellence in business education. She holds degrees from the University of Lagos and the University of Liverpool and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Southern Indiana, USA. Her professional interests include leadership development, partnership building, educational advancement and career development for business professionals.
