My mission is to facilitate knowledge transfer to equip founders and managers with practical skills that they can use in their businesses. I serve as an adjunct lecturer at Strathmore University Business School (SBS) and Strathmore Institute (SI), teaching Social Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Entrepreneurship courses. I also facilitate Social Entrepreneurship Exchange programs for the business school. I support the family business program as a coach and various programs as a trainer/coach. I also serve on the post graduate diploma panel of Henley University in South Africa. As a facilitator, I support various organizations in delivering or designing training content for entrepreneurs. I train for the Sinapis Aspire program for new entrepreneurs and businesses, looking to pivot from charity to social entrepreneurship. As a coach, I support entrepreneurs gain clarity and provide support as they execute on various milestones.
