General Information
The National HR in Hospitality Conference is the only event of its kind with HR and legal guidance tailored specifically for the hospitality industry. This event is developed, managed, and administered by the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration, ILR School and the Center for Innovative Hospitality Labor and Employment Relations (CIHLER). Attendees gain real-world strategies from top employers and legal experts to conquer the unique issues facing the hospitality industry. The program format consists of not only large keynote sessions, but breakout sessions such as “High Impact Strategies for Attracting Talent”, “Managing and Monitoring the Remote Workforce” and “Union Organizing”. These smaller, more intimate sessions will give participants the chance to interact, ask questions and learn from Cornell faculty and industry experts as they tackle today’s most pressing challenges.
In addition to the thought-provoking sessions, participants will have the opportunity to meet and network with hundreds of HR and legal professionals from around the country and visit dozens of vendors offering the latest in hospitality software, products and services in our Expo hall. The HR in Hospitality Conference is the premier event for HR professionals that provides a forum for academia and industry to exchange ideas and innovative advancements.
