GBSN Members are Invited to October’s Cross-Border Collab-
Navigating Uncertainty and Building Resilient Educational Institutions: Insights from President Iryna Tykhomyrova

We hope GBSN Members will join us on Thursday, October 19th, at 8:00am ET for the October Collab where we have the privilege of welcoming Iryna Tykhomyrova, President of MIM Business School at the International Management Institute (MIM-Kyiv). As a leader in the industry and a member of the academic—methodological commission on management at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine we are honored to have President Tykhomyrova share her experiences with our network. 

As the world faces unprecedented challenges, it’s vital for educational institutions to adapt and thrive in adversity. President Tykhomyrova will share her invaluable insights into navigating these turbulent times, focusing on the unique experience of leading a business school in a nation grappling with extreme hardship. This Collab will be a unique opportunity to learn about how schools can not only weather the storm but also emerge as beacons of resilience and innovation. GBSN Members will also gain a deeper understanding of how they can foster psychological adaptability within their institution and the lessons that can be applied to higher education worldwide.

We encourage GBSN Members to join us for this exciting Collab where you will have the opportunity to learn from one of the industry’s foremost leaders and gain actionable strategies for navigating uncertainty and driving positive change in your educational institution. We will discuss questions like: 

  • How can educational institutions effectively adapt and thrive in the face of unprecedented challenges and what strategies have proven successful?
  • How can educators and leaders cultivate psychological adaptability in students, faculty, and staff to better prepare them for an ever-changing world?
  • As educational leaders, how can we collaboratively support and learn from one another to create a global network of resilient and adaptable institutions, and what steps can GBSN Members take to foster this collaborative spirit within their own educational communities?

Collabs are an exclusive opportunity for member school ambassadors, deans and leading faculty members.
