Sandeep Puri

With more than 31 years of work experience in Industry and teaching, I specialize in Sales and Marketing. Currently, I am a Professor of Marketing at the Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines. Before this, I worked at IMT Ghaziabad (AACSB accredited), Trident, and Novartis in India. I have significant publications to my credit, including three in the Harvard Business Review and one each in the Journal of Business Ethics (FT-50) and European Journal of Marketing (ABS-3). My cases have been published by Ivey Publishing, WDI Publishing (University of Michigan), and IMD, Lausanne. Ivey Publishing awarded me the Best Seller Case Award for 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24. I won first prize in the Fox 2024 Case Competition organised by Temple University. I also won 3rd prize in the 2022 John Molson MBA International Case Competition. I am the first Asian to have over 100 publications listed with Harvard Business Publishing (outside of Harvard). I have also published articles and research papers in magazines, newspapers, and International Journals. My book on Sales and Distribution Management, co-authored with Still, Cundiff, and Govoni, is published by Pearson. I also have ten edited books to my credit. I am a visiting faculty at many prestigious business schools like S P Jain-Singapore, Fachhochschule Vorarlberg-Austria, Varna University of Management-Bulgaria, IMT-Dubai, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Vishakhapatnam, Great Lakes and Jagdish Sheth School of Management in India.
