An enthusiastic professional with over 10 years’ experience in Education Sector (both the General & Special Need Education System Sector in Rwanda and in Technical and Vocational Education and Training) , Anselme NDIKURYAYO is an individual with a proven managerial expertise in leading, monitoring and ensuring academic programs through systematic integration of knowledge and essential skills pathways as instructional development is emerging in various modern trends of competence based training and digital learning technologies. He has other qualities to bring to the work place such as good team work, organizational skills, efficiency and he is very meticulous and a hardworking individual who strives to achieve the best in all areas, and he am always eager to learn new skills and advance my career.

As Training of Trainers Coordination Specialist  and Quality Assurance at Rwanda Polytechnic ( RP), conducts, supervises integrated training needs assessments  by  evaluating, designing, coordinating and delivering a comprehensive range of training sessions and continuous professional development programs as well as programmatic strategies and interventions for quality assurance and enhancement of career development programs & services framework. He proposes changes contributing to the quality and quantity of output of technical & vocational education and training in Rwanda supporting technical and vocational skills development training and relevant socio-economic integration of youth as human capital able to respond labor market demands. Experienced in ensuring alignment between solutions and strategic objectives of learning and performance by carrying out performance assessment and evaluation, performance measurements and feedback systems to educational partners through SCALE approach (Understand stakeholders’ perceptions of needs, Design alignment & Track and confirm alignment results).

Serving as of Technical Working Group Member for HANGA AHAZAZA Initiative, he ensures that programmatic strategies and interventions of initiative are aligned with national and global standards in the sector to improve the quality and relevance of training delivery. With a diligent sense of accountability, experienced in working on own initiative or in teamwork with ability to interact with people from different backgrounds and opinions. He uses English and French as second language, native Kinyarwanda and intermediate Kiswahili.
