Final Pitch Presentations

The 2022 Top 6 Teams will present business concepts that stood out from competitive and diverse submissions. Breaking out from an initial 293 students in 78 teams from 46 schools in 17 countries across Africa, we are proud to share the Final Pitch Presentations from our Top 6Teams. Each team prepared a 10-minute live pitch presentation for our international panel of judges and participated in a follow-up Q&A session.

Team RAY Cosmetics reuses the wasted fish skin and scales as a raw material and combines it with other additives to produce skin and hair care products!

Team Adroit offers Nigerian farmers processed Spirulina, one of the most ancient forms of life on earth that enriches crops, serving as protein supplements for livestock and fish and is considered as one of the richest nutrients in the world for humans!


Botswana International University of Science & Technology, Botswana

Team TALA Plastics project is related to the production biodegradable plastic from starch derived from plant crop remains and indigenous plants which degrades faster in the environment to help reduce the plastic waste in Botswana!

Team Pomace seeks to sufficiently distribute pulp for paper, textile, tissue, sanitary pads and diaper industries in Ethiopia as well as Africa.

Team SIGYN is working on Project Saturn, a platform that aims to improve health systems across Africa, by unifying the medical records of all hospitals onto a single network!
